Data licence
ERP Localization is free to read, and every page stays open to search engines and AI crawlers. The structured datasets behind it are free for non-commercial use. If you use the data in a business, we offer a commercial licence.
Free for everyone
- Reading the website, as much as you like.
- Quoting individual facts in articles, posts or presentations, with attribution and a link to the page.
- Using the datasets for personal, research, teaching or other non-commercial work, under CC BY-NC 4.0, with attribution “ERP Localization (erplocalization.com)”.
Needs a commercial licence
- Using the data in a product, app or service you sell or run commercially.
- Putting the data into client deliverables, such as consulting reports or implementation documentation.
- Internal commercial tools, such as dashboards or compliance checklists built on the data.
- Reselling or redistributing the data.
- Training or fine-tuning AI models for commercial products.
This applies from 16 Oct 2026. Data downloaded before 16 Oct 2026 was released under CC BY 4.0 and remains so.
What commercial licensees get

- The full change history, not just the current state.
- Change alerts when a mandate, deadline or ERP support status changes.
- Extra fields as we add them over time.
