Scope and timing
The State Revenue Committee operates an electronic accounting-document system linked to the Tax Code and Government Resolution 1257-N. Its current English service description dates the present e-invoicing system to 1 June 2023 and identifies updated integration materials from 1 March 2025. These dates describe the system and integration release, not a new universal mandate for every business transaction. SRC: return filing and invoicing.
For B2B and public customers, determine whether the actual supply requires a tax invoice or another accounting document. Consumer receipts and foreign-supplier invoices need separate treatment. The retrieved description does not establish a complete exemption list, a distinct general B2G mandate or the obligations of every nonresident.
Invoice lifecycle and data
SRC describes issuance, adjustment, receipt, invalidation, cancellation, deletion and signing within the electronic system. It supports XML export and readable PDF/Excel exports, and provides invoice serial-number verification. The integration material includes API, XSD and XML resources. Those functions need to be matched to the business's selected document type and permissions rather than presented as freely interchangeable correction choices.
Assign authorized users and preserve the serial number, original payload, signatures where applicable and returned status. A downloaded PDF is a readable representation; retain the structured evidence needed to reproduce the system record. A receiver's operational approval should remain distinguishable from system validation.
ERP implications
Create an explicit mapping between commercial invoices, statutory accounting documents and tax-return source data. Test invoice identity and party roles across portal and API paths. Reconcile accepted documents, rejected attempts and adjustments without creating a second sale when a technical submission is repeated.
Before integrating, confirm the current production bundle, authentication requirements and taxpayer access. Establish which operator can correct, cancel or invalidate each real scenario, and test retrieval from the ERP invoice reference back to the SRC record. The publication of an API does not establish native support in a particular ERP edition.
Sources and evidence limits
Checked 17 October 2026 using the detailed indexed official SRC service page. The source supports the system lifecycle and integration availability; complete statutory scope, correction windows, retention duration and cross-border exceptions were not independently established. No universal issuance deadline is supplied.
Limitations: One detailed official SRC source; statutory scope, exceptions and complete current technical bundle not independently audited.
